Video Calls 

Video readings are just like being in the same room with me. In order to ensure you get the best experience, I recommend that you use a laptop - but a tablet or phone will work just as well as long as you have them set up on a STABLE surface. Video calls require high speed internet connection.

A video reading is different than video conferencing with a friend or love one. It's taken much more seriously and there are protocols to make the experience the best possible. 

Requirements for a better connection (spiritual/psychic and electronically): 

• To get a video reading you will need one of the following apps installed: Whats App or Facetime (for Iphone users, this app is already in your phone)

• Install Whats App (it's free): https://www.whatsapp.com If you're new, I encourage you set up your video and audio connection beforehand so that the time is not taken during the time of the reading. The timer for the reading will go on as soon as the call starts.

•  Be seated in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed and remain still (walking around with your device and multitasking while the session is on, can disconnect the psychic connection).  

• Please have headphones connected (this prevents sound distortion and echos)

• If you are using your phone or a tablet please have a sturdy tripod holding your phone/tablet or have it set on a steady stable surface. If you're using a laptop please have it on a table or a laptop desk table or a breakfast bed tray (some of my clients like have their reading in bed, totally fine as long as the device is on a sturdy surface and there is no movement). 

• Make sure the camera view is chest up. I need to see a full clear view of your head and arms,

• Have your question/s of your concerns written down or ready to ask later during the reading. 

• Set the device on ''do not disturb." mode

• No texting, taking other calls or browsing while you are on a video call (this breaks the spiritual connection of the reading and I will not be able to give an accurate reading).

If any of these protocol and requirements don't work for you then may I suggest a phone or email reading. Video readings take up more concentration.
